A quaint little restaurant and hotel in the old town of Meißen, right on the market square. Clean, tidy rooms, the taste of the furnishings can be argued about, decent breakfast, nice, friendly waitresses, except for one. You can definitely do it if you are a friend of Saxony and especially of a medieval flair in a "Schnugglischen" historical small town. Beer and wine are national drinks here, Saxon dishes are German cultural assets ...; o)

Rustic hostel with no elevator. If you have your room on the 3rd floor, have fun with your luggage. Setup is easy, as is breakfast.

Nice service, who also accepts or forwards suggestions for improvement of the food. Nicely located location and acceptable prices. Makes a clean impression.

Let's start positively, the food was delicious and nicely presented! But, price performance is not right. It was good but not enough for the price. And the beer, unfortunately, wasn't full either. The red-haired waitress (the others are maybe nicer) was absolutely rude. We stood min. 5 minutes there without being greeted. I don't value it either! But when we allowed ourselves to push two tables together, we were allowed to listen to something first! That we ordered a tomato juice and got orange juice was also our fault. When it came to the bill and tip, the lady was suddenly super friendly. All in all, not recommended!

Good - lively - for food - kitchen closes at 9pm. Friendly service - we were staying upstairs so it was convenient.
